The game loads to 100% then stops with message from webpage.
This is the message:
[UncaughtErrorEvent type="uncaughtError' bubbles=truecancelable=true eventPhase=2]
I have to click on Home or the back arrow to get rid of it. This is on my Windows machine using IE11. It works on FireFox and on my windows 8.1 machine.
Can you please help?

I went to Google and see where this error appears occasionally on different King games. Apparently it is a programming error that has to be fixed by the techies. I guess my question is "How do we make them aware?". Do they read this forum? Or is there someplace else I have to post the problem?
BTW: I did all of those things noted in the video and nothing fixed it.
