I was on level 163 & program froze & so I had to uninstall & then reinstall & now I'm on level 50. I

I'm very unhappy, since I've been playing game for quite awhile & now I have to start all over again

To me, it sounds like the last time you sync'd your game you were on level 50. That's the only possible thing I can think of as to why it put you back to level 50. Did you save your game anywhere else like the 'kingdom' where you higher levels might be saved?
