My picture has remained at level 526, yet I have progressed to level 534. Is there a way to sync up? There is s grey ghostlike image on a few of the levels in between, but I have no idea what that means.

I connect to Facebook in the game on my mobile. My app was already updated, the last update was 20th December 15. Unfortunately this has not solved the problem.
