Lack of sound or effects in my laptop

I have the game in my phone and tablet and the sound and effects are working, however in my laptop that is not happening. I already verified the options and everything is fine. Can you help me please.

Which laptop and OS are you using?

It might be an issue with the audio driver. You will need to check your system settings and most probably have to re-install the drivers for the sound card.
