In the upper 9000’s and this is the 3rd time I have opened the game to play and all my gold & boosters were gone that I paid for 🤬

Installed the game and it does not work
Hello, I installed the game today and, despite the fact that it opens, when I press the green button that says play nothing happens. The game isn’t working. Can anyone help me with this problem? For reference my phone is an IPhone 11 Pro if it helps.
