Why did King Games take away ALL of my boosters in PSS????? I had a lot and then they were just gone. Not happy

I am sorry to hear that you have lost all the boosters from your game π
Can you please tell me whether you have changed your device OR reinstalled your game due to any issues? Also, which device are you using to play the game?

My boosters, jokers,7 cards, they are gone too ...and it's not the first time

I switched phoneto a 22s ultra and all my bonuses are gone along with my friends

I am so sorry to hear that you all have lost the boosters from your game π I have escalated this issue to our Community In-charge! Hope they will be able to shed some light on this π

I am sorry! For you, changing device is the cause of losing your boosters. The reason is, boosters are stored in devices local memory. When tape transfer the game, the Gold bars and level progress will be transferred but not the boosters and the lives we have received from our friends.
But, if you have not deleted the game on your old device, the boosters will still be available there. Play more and use up all those boosters to move up in the game π

It happened on the same device... I had played perfectly and 1 hour later I opened the game and was back on lvl 1, could recover the levels but not the boosters
