no sync with pyramid saga between an IPad2 and an Iphone 5S

I'm at level 726 on the IPad2 and at level 733 on the IPhone 5S. Why are they not synchronized ?

Is this problem resolved now?

Make sure that you have a good internet connection when playing on your iPad and that you are connected to your account.
