I contact customer care and get an immediate reply (computer generated) saying keep trying and giving me a link to tips to how to play the game. That doesn’t help me when the first gold card is missing. I’m getting frustrated. I want to continue to play, and not repeat the same level that can’t be beat. Can someone help me bypass this level?

@NelsonKD troubleshooting is underway. I'm sorry you had to wait so long. But due to the holidays, it has been delayed a bit. I hope we can report soon that the levels have been fixed.
