Just to confirm on you old phone Facebook login and no login is level 2. Can you check the level with you king login?

What level are you at if you log out of everything and play without logging in on your old phone. Your progress is saved locally with no login and to servers if logged in. Are you able to still see current level on old phone?
I played on samsung galaxy s4 with Android. I played without any sync. So when i was at 1100 I was without log in. When I lost all progress I tried to log in to Facebook first time, beacuse I wanted to change phone to another one and have my progress on new phone.
What is the device you were playing on and how were you logging in when at 1100? Are you switching to facebook from a king account? Was that you first time logging in with a facebook account?

Try reconnecting with facebook to make sure the correct account is connecting
Please follow these steps:
First let's make sure that your Facebook account is correctly disconnected from the game. To do this open the game, go to the Settings menu in the bottom left-hand corner of the opening screen, now find the option to select 'Log Out.'
Next, if you have the Facebook app installed on your device please also make sure that the correct Facebook account is signed in.
Now force close all apps and turn off your device.
Leave the device switched off for at least 10 seconds before restarting it.
Now reopen Game and reconnect the game to your Facebook account via the blue 'Connect" button and check your level
