Hello, my boosters are locked with a padlock 🔒 even new ones I’ve have just earned are not showing. If I win lives they credit but not any game boosters any ideas ?

Thank you for the screenshot showing your boosters are locked. You say you can only scroll back to level 100. Can you show me a screenshot of what your maps ~ Episodes map looks like. What do you see below Level 100.
Also, please give me your King ID. If you do not know how to find that, I can help you with it.
And just to make sure, you did try to log out of your device turn off the device and back on and log back in. That is a quick reset.

Haven’t made any changes,or uninstalled using the same tablet I’ve had for the last year.yes it is updated regular. Think it’s apple 10. Been playing the game for 6years and never had this problem?I am in my seventies and don’t know how to show you a screenshot..?
Hi @Z6982274 , so sorry you are having that problem. Can you tell me if you have changed your phone, uninstall your game? Any changes at all.
Also can you please post a screenshot of your boosters and your map. More information on your device as in what version you have and is it updated would be apprecaited. 😊
Playing on android on level 2639.can only scroll back to level 100 and boosters still locked.help please
Hi @Cassie8642 thank you for your feedback. I think I actually had it the last time I got a new phone. I am then back to the place where the boosters are unlocked. I think it's in episode 2. Please go to the overview and scroll back to episode 2. Play some old levels. I hope it works the same for you as it does for me.

What happens to you sounds strange to me. Usually, the boosters are blocked only on beginners in this game, up to a certain level where the boosters are unlocked.
So that I can answer you as concretely as possible, I still need some information from you. Please let me know:
- on which device do you play and with which version (for example Andriod, version 7.1)
- which version of the app do you have installed? Currently we are at version 1.133.0
- at what level are you?
