First I lost my boosters, then I completed a hard level 3924 and it crashed after I finished and it has not registered I’ve done that level so have to complete again. Now when I try to play as soon as I choose the power I want to play with it crashes. I’ve logged out switched off my iPad and switched on. I’ve deleted the app and reloaded, I’ve got the latest update and my iPad is up to date 16.4.1 (a)
Hi @Eowynlh I'm sorry you lost all the Booster. Boosters are stored locally on the device where you purchased them. This also means that if you uninstall / reinstall, all information about the booster will be lost and thus the boosters will be irretrievably lost. See also HERE.
Only the score and your gold bars are stored on the provider's server and will not be lost if you log in again with the same account.
I had to reinstall the app last year in the summer and 4 weeks ago this year as well and couldn't take a screenshot of my supplies before. But last summer there was a general problem with Pyramid Solitaire Saga and many players had to reinstall. After that, we reached out to customer support (out of the game). Some players (I don't know exactly how many) and I got compensation (gold bars) from support. Maybe you can also try to get some help from the game support.

Hmmm, that's weird. Normally, this shouldn't happen to you. I'll ask our manager. Since you have the latest version of your software and the Pyramid app and have already done the usual troubleshooting measures, I don't have any more tips in the Momet. Maybe our manager knows a tip.
