Sending lives

Hello to everyone! I am on level 1387 of Pyramid Solitaire saga (Phone only) and love the game! My problem is that I can't send lives to people. The little heart at the bottom of the screen in the game stays grey. This applies to any format whether on my phone or windows 10 pc. Thank you for any help you can give me.

, and welcome to the community! If you are experiencing issues with sending/receiving lives, the first thing to do is to make sure that you are properly connected to the internet. Another reason for this is that King has announced that some of their games are experiencing technical issues with this feature, so it may be affecting your Pyramid Solitaire Saga game. Don’t worry, though! King is well aware of this issue, and are trying to fix it. I hope this can be of some assistance to you, and have a great upcoming week!
