Extra lives

I send lives every time I play which is daily, yet I never get lives. I'm wondering if this is a glitch or not one person in my list sends lives which I find hard to believe. Before the game left FB I had heaps of extra lives. Since I've had to uninstall and start the game from the beginning, I'm not getting any. Ideas?

Log in thru your king account. Had the same problem when I was logged in from FB account.

I have never played through FB so I didn't think I was logged in with FB. But I logged out of the app and started from level 1 again. It's fine now.

Hi and welcome to the Pyramid community. Lets do a soft reset. Log out of your game (Do not delete the app), turn your phone off and let is set a few seconds. Turn your phone on, then log back in with your email and password. That should take you back to your original level.🤗

Thats what I wondered too. In the end I logged out of the app. I did have to start at level 1 again though but now everything works.
