I only got die jokers on the left side here - the ones on the right side (as shown in youtube videos) are missing in my level. No chance to win this one! What do I do?

Hi Franziska,

This level is indeed a tough one now (some levels change here and there and sometimes the videos on youtube by other users might not reflect the current scenario)! Because of being a dedicated player and reaching out to us though, I have sent some gold bars your way.

Hi, why are the two jokers still missing? Could you fix this bug please? With only two jokers it's impossible to solve level 323.

I have the same problem. Played a million times with no luck. Why was the level changed???

Welcome to the Pyramid Solitaire Community and thanks for your feedback. We constantly monitor our levels and tweak them based on player feedback and the metrics that we can see. That said, I just played the level myself and I encountered no bug and was able to play it and pass it myself.

Can you elaborate in case there is a bug as you mention? Would be good to know what do you mean by bug and what issue you encounter. From my experience, the level can be played without an issue.

This level is a joke.. Looking everywhere on how to clear it and came across this.. Have even used extra cards and joker powerups and still fall short..

I have gone around and around with king.com. I have lost my progress levels on pyramid solitaire. they have not returned them and I've done everything they have asked. Please!! I want them back I've been playing this game for 7 years!
