Got new Android phone and cannot connect to FB to get my level back

The game (Pyramid Solitaire), facebook, and the phone OS are all up to date. When I open the game there is no option to connect to FB. The only option is "Save your progress" and I don't want to SAVE it, I just want to connect and RETRIEVE it. Can anyone help?

    Hey @skaro ,

    You need to reach out to our Player Support. You can do it here. Make sure you select Pyramid Solitaire Saga as your game, and then "Problems with my game" - "Game didn't save". They should be able to assist you there and get you back in track :smile:.

    I deleted PSS and reinstalled it. Here's a screenshot on my new phone.
    1. I don’t want to REGISTER on FB, I simply want to CONNECT. Why isn’t there a button for this?
    2. I don’t have a King account but I’d like to CREATE one, why isn’t there an option for this?

    Was this before or after reaching out to our Player Support team? Always make sure you select the right game, then "Problems with my game" and "Game didn't save" to guarantee you get the right support.

    Hi Xarly,
    There's no subtopic of 'game didn't save' (which doesn't sound appropriate anyway) - I picked 'missing item'. If that has gone to the wrong area would you be able to forward it to the correct one for me?
    In answer to your question, I got a reply back from Player support but it just referred me to here.

    Hi again Xarly. This is what I sent to Support ....
    Hi, I have installed PSS on my android Samsung S7 phone and wish to retrieve my progress (which I play on a couple of android Samsung Tablets and access thru Facebook). However, I don't get this option on the home screen of the newly installed version on my phone - instead I get a blue button marked "save my progress", which I clearly don't want to start from the beginning again. I would very much appreciate your solution to this. I note that I'm not the first to have this problem but I haven't seen a solution. I have looked at King Care but have not been able to solve this.
