Why does my inbox keep disappearing? It comes back eventually, and still has everything in it. Almost as frustrating as the new everything game ad popup offering a free power up.
Exactly me and the game all the above. Same problems. Lives accumulated from gifts, go and or cannot connect I tap on it game immediately freezes. THe freezing and drop-outs it's crazy frustrating
Dont evenhave an inbox anymore so can't see lives extra gifts award friends nothing so frustrating
whenever I try to open the inbox the game screen closes

I wanted to tell you that I feel the same way. I've been playing the game for a lot of years and the inbox and even the envelope disappearing has gotten worse in the last two years. It seems to have something to do with the King servers from my observation, because sometimes my friends list doesn't contain random friends anymore - and then it's like that in all games. According to my observation, the game server changes every 24 hours. Then there are many random friends in my friend list again, the envelope with sent lives is back and my inbox is full of donated lives. Sometimes this lasts for a few days until everything is gone again. I leave the game on days like this and come back into the game a day later and everything is fine again. So don't worry, it's not up to you or your device.
Continuing to have the same problem! Not resolving.

Features in our games can temporarily disappear when there is a connection issue during login. This can be a hiccup, a peak in the signal, or a momentary signal loss.
Normally, it comes back after you do one of the following:
01- Play one level
02- Close the app and restart your device
03- Check that you have a stable connection
If these won't help it means the feature isn't available right now. Remember to keep your app updated.
