Everytime I log out and back in I lose all boosters. Tired of it.

How do I get back lost boosters
In the last month I've lost probably around 100 of each booster and around 15 of the inside boosters

I had a bunch of boosters because I had phone/game issues last March or so, but I got a new phone rece rlt and thought it copied everything over but all of my boosters were gone. I am attaching what they originally gave me, but I did use a lot of them, not sure how many, but I am hoping there is a way to get these back…

I signed up to keep progress of my game of pyramid solitaire saga and can not get a connection back to the game. I dont want to start this game from level 1.
I used to receive and send lives all the time. Now I'm not getting many, if any, lives after requesting. Sending lives seems to work OK. Anyone else having this trouble?
