Hi and welcome to the Pyramid community.

If you will log out of your game. Turn your device off and let it sit for about 10 seconds, then turn it back on.

Log back into your game with your email and password. If you are not on your level, play 1 level, then do the reset again and you shoud now be on your correct level.
