I keep sending and requesting free lives but I get nothing. Tried signing out then restarting my phone but still nothing. Also uninstalled then reinstalled the app then signed into my account. Still nothing. This has been going on for several weeks.
I suggest we go to "Play Store" or Apple Play store and give King bad reviews. Maybe by fewer downloads and loss of players, their revenue would start declining. With their ratings in the toilet maybe they'd start to give a damn. Fewer players less revenue.

UH sorry. We don't understand German. If this a correspndance from King about this issue' could you please issue a statement in a manner we can have translated.
Evidently, King is not concerned about their players. All of us who are experiencing this problem, I'm sure we all have gone through the weak, non fixing procedures they ask us to try. It's sad they do not even communicate with us players stating they have a problem and are trying to fix the problem.

The bottom line is that KING does not care. It would cost them time and money to fix the problem. If they leave the situation as it stands then they figure many players will give in and spend money so buy additional live. I know that sounds harsh but it seems like today it's all about the mighty dollar.

Hola @Roxbri , somos bastantes jugadores con el mismo problema, yo tambien pense que solo me pasaba a mi y por eso entre en la comunidad a mirar, hay varias publicaciones comentadas por diferentes jugadores hablando de lo mismo. Estoy segura que muchos otros estan pasando por lo mismo y tambien piensan que simplemente no les envian vidas.
Si todos entraran y publicaran aqui, esto seria una locura 😬

Hola @Alex_The_Witch seguimos con el problema de no recibir vidas, llevamos bastante tiempo con este problema, cada vez hay mas jugadores quejandose y nadie nos dice nada, esto no se soluciona ni siguiendo vuestras indicaciones. Hay alguna novedad al respecto?

Well, after several weeks of NO help, I did get 1 (one) free life! Guess they're not too worried about us having problems!
I have got no help on this issue and still having the same concern. Looks like many other players are having the same problem.
At this point I,m thinking of uninstalling this app permanently. Between the not receiving lives issue and the inability to really get involved with the tournament, it's so no longer fun. It seems as if the tech support team either doesn't know how to solve the issue or most likely just don't care. It's a shame because I've been playing for years and find this game extremely relaxing.

Ich kann auch seit 3 Wochen keine Leben von Freunden empfangen, habe alles susprobiert was der support empfohlen hat, incl. deinstallieren und neu installieren, dadurch waren natürlich alle gesammelten Booster weg. Zum Glück wurden diese, nach Aufforderung an dem support, wieder gutgeschrieben. Trotzdem ist es sehr ärgerlich wenn keine Leben empf werden können.

Sometimes lives are not received due to connection issues or because your game version is too old.
