Seeing is believing! Everyone on here needs to understand that they are not to fix these problems because if they do fix the problem you will stop spending you money to buy the thing you used to get for free. In addition, Pyramid Solitaire Sage is one of their oldest games that doesn't make them the kind of money they make from CANDY CRUSH; therefore they are not going to reassign any of their technical staff from a huge money making game to little less known, less money making game like this one. KING is about the bottom line. KING is a multi billion dollar industry. They are not going to spend their money to fix this game. They are betting on the fact that even without them fixing the game, you will continue to play and continue to spend your hard earned money for more lives, etc. while they sit back and do nothing to resolve the issues you complain about on a daily basis.

as of July 9th this issue is still active. No lives. I used to have a reliable friend base, they are gone. Game forced me to go in Facebook which I didn’t want, all my friends are in the game. I removed the Facebook page(s) and went back to the game without it. Still no lives. I also haven’t gotten any rewards at all, where I used to have at least one or 2. I only get rewards when we win the tournaments.
Something not adding up. Please fix. Thanks

Hi All, I seem to be having an issue with receiving lives from friends. Has anybody else been having the same issue? And if so what is the solution to fix it?

I keep telling everyone that King does not care. If they fix the problem you will no longer need to buy lives. If we stop buying lives that will cut in to their $2.5-$3.5 billion yearly revenue. They have no reason to want to fix it.

Same issue! I checked for updates, logged out and back in and restarted my phone but no lives for the past week. I get a minimum of 10 per day and have added specific people for this game! I see below about having at 2GB to play. I have 125 GB free. Using a Google Pixel 9 Pro.

Beware!

Because Of the ongoing trouble over not recieved lives from friends,king gave me a few gold bars and 2 hours of free lives. I did not understand that as soon as I logged on to the game I had to sit there for 2 hours playing! I do not have this sort of time so I lost them…not explained very well at all..

Very good for those who play games all day,but sadly not for me!

Ich kann auch seit 3 Wochen keine Leben von Freunden empfangen, habe alles susprobiert was der support empfohlen hat, incl. deinstallieren und neu installieren, dadurch waren natürlich alle gesammelten Booster weg. Zum Glück wurden diese, nach Aufforderung an dem support, wieder gutgeschrieben. Trotzdem ist es sehr ärgerlich wenn keine Leben empf werden können.
