I have lost all my pre game boosters and all of my in game helpers. I had a lot. Can anyone help?

Someone maybe able to help if you explain how this happened. Did you delete then reinstall the app?

I just haven't played in a few days, and when I went to play today none of my stuff was there. The game is up to date, so, I'm not sure what has caused this.

I had to reset my phone and now my game has gone back to the beginning. Have lost everything, is there anything I can do to recover my status and boosters?
