Also, I just went back into 1573 and was able to play 2 lives, then it went back to same problem. AND...all of my boosters to choose before playing level and while playing level are GONE! I had earned dozens that I hadnt used!

I am having the same problem on the same level. What is the fix? I see others are too. Same level, same problem.

Aha, now I understand the issue

I can see that you have passed the level now so well done 🤗 I've checked with the studio and they had no reports and tested the level so it should work now.
My apologies for not understanding the issue but I'm glad to see you're making progress in the game!

when you go to the level to play and it says collect all the gold cards . Instead of loading the level it goes straight to the end screen which tells you did not complete the level.The level then loads in the background

That’s certainly odd, I had no such problem with that level. At what point during your game does it give you that message?

I have tried playing level 1572 to try and get to 3 stars. I did not encounter any problems at all which makes me wonder if the problem is linked to level 1573 and not the game in general

Sorry don’t know what you mean by a gold card
just playing the game as normal and this problem started

Gotcha! Are you sure you haven't missed any Gold cards? If you miss it, the level will end 😕

It’s not an error message it’s the message you get to say you’ve not completed the level
just tried to play with 5 lives but only got to play once

That's odd. I've brought your issue to the Community Manager's attention so someone will have a look at it then give you an update. In the meantime, could you try clearing the cache on your device and also ensure that your device has enough space?
