Buddy linking

Hi

I am trying to pair with a buddy via Facebook and they have received the request game opens and nothing happens.. I click the buddy icon of and it's says invite friends

The same on my device... Could some please help as this is quite frustrating.

    Have you made sure the game app is up to date and perhaps tried disconnecting the game app from Facebook and connect it again?

    I have tried both methods but unfortunately still the same.

    See the image below. This the screen I am getting, I cannot even search for other friends who are actively playing.

    So the message is telling us that you don't have any available Facebook friends to pair you with. What happens if you connect the game app to your King account instead? 

    This link will hep you find how you can connect to your King account.

    By the way, which game app version do you have installed? 

    You can see it on the Settings on the top left corner :)

    That is correct @QueenB, although I have active friends playing  the game.

    I have looked at the link myfor linking account,  even though I have got my user ID I don't know how to link it to my Facebook account nor my king account.. 

    The version is android is 1.92.0

    You need to disconnect the game app from Facebook first!

    Click on "Profile" when you open the game app and log out and go back to the main menu. Now select "Save your Progress"and "Register with Email". 

    Use the same email address that is connected to your Facebook account. If you're able to connect it to Kingdom, see if you're able to find a new Buddy.

    If this doesn't help @nixilicous, we'll have to reinstall the game app which will make you lose you boosters and saved up lives ☹
