Hi I recently updated and now can't get into game 418

So what exactly happens when the game loads and you select level 418 to play it? Can you also please let me know the following details of your device:

- Model and iOS of your device: To find this follow these steps: Settings > General > About > Make a note of the "model" and the "version"

- Game app version: To find this follow these steps: Settings > General > Usage > Manage Storage > name of the game > Make a note of the version number

- Available storage space: To find this follow these steps: Settings > General > Usage in the right column. Under Storage you will see the storage capacity of your device and how much you still have available.

I don't understand what you mean about the game disappearing and that you're back on the start icon. Have you lost your game progress so you're back on level 1, is that what you mean?

Regarding your device, this is a 1st generation iPad which we no longer support. Due to natural technological progress over time, it is possible that these games can no longer perform as originally intended on certain devices, specifically the iPad 2, iPad Mini 1st generation & iPod 5th generation. 

Do you happen to have a different device you could try the game on? 

So you have lost your game progress, ist that what you mean and you want us to help you get back on level 418?

If yes, can I have your User ID so I can locate your game records?
