What happened to my buddy?

I'd love to be able to manually add this feature to your game, but I'm afraid here, we have no control over how these groups are selected or chosen.

I understand this might not be appreciated by all our players, but our Game Studios are constantly testing new features and concepts and we believe that this is the best way for us to improve our games, challenges and gaming elements in the future.

I haven't 😥 hopefully they will bring it back then. I'll try updating, see if that works. Fingers crossed

Bring back my buddy please. I keep checking to see if you've bought it back. Not playing this game anymore until you do. Shame because it was a great game. Why do you gave to change things if people are happy with them the way they were. And I'm angry that you don't communicate with people. I've spent a lot of money over the years I've been playing this game and to just take a big part of the game away is unacceptable

I had the same My Buddy for over two years and then all of a sudden she disappeared this morning after updating at Google Play. If I had known this would happen I would never have updated the game. Real nice "King" put something nice and helpful in the game, get people used to having it and then just rip it out. This sounds like an attempt to try and "force" players to buy boosters. Instead of removing the My Buddy why wasn't it that stupid piggy bank at the bottom of the game area removed. It wouldn't be because people have to pay to get the coins out? Well I refuse to spend a penny on this or any of the other King games.

Been playing Pyramid Solitaire Saga for years. After this latest update and the one where they took away the hints, I'm done. Maybe I'll pop back in once in a while to see if they reversed their decision.

Please bring my buddy back OR give me another way to get assists please

The consideration of King games for the users of Pyramid Solitaire is unbelievable!!! To use it we will have to update our I Pads or only use our cellphones and now no 'buddy' to help! I've had the same one for a long time.

I agree ! Taking away our buddies totally sucks ! Why didn't you guys tell us that would eventually happen, when you gave them to us ? I've been stuck on the same level for weeks now and I'm about to uninstall this game !

What do you mean the buddy feature has been removed from the game? I rely on help from those gifts. I can't get past a level without some assistance.

I am so disappointed that my buddy has disappeared. Had been playing continuously for a while now, and would occasionally get an extra joker as a surprise.and disappointed that my iPad 2 won't play Pyramid Solitaire Saga. The Games people could easily have kept a version for the older iPads.

Thank you for contacting King Player Support.

I am afraid to say that this feature has now been removed from the game.

Every time when the Game Team wants to launch new features in the game or to change those already in place, they first make an A/b testing. Randomly chosen players get this new feature in an update to see how it works and if everything goes well, it is introduced to all players later on.

These features are currently being tested, so they can sometimes be changed or removed. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and rest assured, I have passed your feedback to the team.
