Lost all boosters after transferring game.

Question

Hi I have just transferred my game to my new phone, my progress and gold bars have been transferred but my boosters are missing. I no longer have access to my old device. I've played this game for years and spent quite a bit of money on it, i had over 100 saved. 
I'm so disappointed, no where does a warning come up that boosters wont be transferred when you buy them, infact I've played this game for years and never have I been told not to collect my boosters up.

So upset that this has happened to someone who has been a loyal player of your game 🙁🙁

We're unable to replace items that have been lost however not to worry as Player Support team should be able to help you with this.

So do boosters not count as a purchased item? 
I bought boosters (as well as winning them) with my gold bars that I purchased through Google play.

We completely understand your disappointment at losing Boosters

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost.

It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the gameplay. But don’t worry, there are many ways to win more Boosters in the game!

We do not replace items that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to our Player Support team here, so they can help.
