Hi my game Pyramid Solitaire on my Samsung S4 phone has stopped working, just gives a message saying your game is not working, I have reported it three times so far on the feedback. Hope you can help. I have been playing this for quite a few years now. Thanks.

Unfortunately i tried the three steps and it still will not work. Any help appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear the issue is not solved yet! Did you reinstall the game? This last resort can make you lose your boosters, but it usually solves most problems. If you have, and it still doesn't work, could you please send us a screenshot so we can show it to our technical team? Please give us also these details:

- model of your device
- game version
- memory space left
- your user ID (you can find it here)
