    I'm sorry to hear about this issue! Could you please tell me if you usually play on a mobile device, and if it is an Android or an Apple one? That way I can give you some steps to try and fix it  =)

    i was playing the game on my home computer & not on my phone

    I am really getting tired of having to either reset the game and/or uninstall/reinstall the game just about every other day.Please fix it

    I can imagine how frustrating that may be! We haven't been noticed about a general issue in Pyramid Solitaire Saga, this is why it is extremely important that you check your device to see if there is something there that could be causing the problem. And, if the cache is cleared and everything is up to date, please let us know the following details so we can investigate further:

    - make and model of the device
    - if possible, version of the game
    - a screenshot which shows the memory space left on the device
    - a screenshot or a video recording of the issue

    Hello,
    Saidly I've lost my whole game because I couldn't open it anymore for a couple of days. I was playing the last episode, number 117 and only Abdi and I where the players over there.
    I removed the app on my phone and now I've start all over again because all my playing-history is gone... So I'm said...
