Whats difference playing this game on the laptop vs mobile devices?

I have noticed that the game doesnt proceed to any new level past 185 on my laptop but does go to higher levels on my mobile devices. Why is this happening?

Hi cookiegirl70 it seems you are playing the old version of the game on your laptop. You should have the latest version of Windows 10, and you will need to download the latest version of the game from the Microsoft Store, In the store it shows that there are minimum requirement for your laptop. If you are playing through Facebook, you should be able to save your level before downloading the new version. Good luck with that. Let’s know how you get on.

thanks for the info. I do have Windows 10 and I will check to see if I can reinstall the game.
