"Out of Moves" at the beginning of a level

Right after the initial "Collect all the Gold Cards" banner, the Out of Moves screen pops up -- about 50% of the time. Even on Reward rounds. Life, boosters, etc. are lost without a single card being played. Can this be fixed?

Additional information: Android v10, updated app. I'm on level 2K:

First of all welcome to the Pyramid Adventurers.

Sorry you are having this problem. Lets do a reset on your game. Please log out of your game, then turn your phone off, let it set a few seconds and turn your phone back on. Now log back into your game. 😊

Next time it happens, please post me a screenshot of your game so I can see what is happening. 🤗

I'm having this same issue. Constantly tells me I'm out of moves when I'm not and never gives me the option to use my boosters. I'm on Level 34, Android 12. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thanks so much!

Thank you. No, I'm off onto the new levels that were added yesterday and that particular oddity/bug seems to be limited to level 2000.

Here's the problem: Out of Moves right at the beginning, before any card is played. (RE: User ID, My King settings, v1.100, doesn't work as described in the provided link. Yes, I logged out):

This isn't particularly informative, but what happens is the Out of Moves pops up immediately, then the board, visible behind, is populated with cards.

One thing to keep in mind, I'm on the very last level. I've been playing the game for many months and I'm familiar with all sorts of quirky behavior. This is a bug.

May be there were no appropriate set of the cards for you to match!! Would that be the issue?

I am thinking this is an issue that the Pyramid Studio needs to take a look at!!

Can you please try to play the level again and see if you can take a screenshot? If the message "our of moves" pops again, the King team would have an Idea why the message appearing!

Can you also provide your game user ID number? This link will help you ---> "Find my ID number"

Missing boosters

I had a bunch of boosters because I had phone/game issues last March or so, but I got a new phone rece rlt and thought it copied everything over but all of my boosters were gone.
