Why am I not receiving any free cards?

    I'd love to give you an answer on level 2045, but I'd need more info about the issue. Which free cards are you not receiving? Can you send us a screenshot, please?

    Here is screenshot. The cards in the upper right and left hand corner are the ones I am referring to, also, please note buffering symbol on bottom right never stops. Thanks!
