    Dear Lola, I saved my progress on Pyramid account but now I don’t know where I can download it. If I download the app from the appstore I am at level 1 (I was at 2000 and something)

    Now I saved my progress and downloaded again the app. I lost all my prizes

    The same thing happened to me. I have lost all my prizes and further progress is impossible for me. I recieved a response from technical support to wait for a new update and this may resolve the issue...
