I am very sorry to say that, there is no improvement yet in the situation!

The King team is still trying to find a fix! They were supposed to send a fix about 20+ days ago! But, not sure what happened, and the problem still persists!

I just know that, because they cannot replicate the issue, they might not be able to find the root cause for the issue!

Unfortunately, the Pyramid game Community Manager too does not have any update (as of Friday) to inform the players with! Hopefully, we will have some news in this upcoming week!

Hello Nathan,

Level 185 is the last level in the game that you can play on Facebook. Further levels are only available on mobile if you have that option available to you.

I’m on level 1529 and all of a sudden the game won’t work on my iPhone or Bush tablet. As you can see I play it a lot and really miss it. Candy Crush still works. Hope you can help

I am using a iphoneXR and the app keep crashing when I launch to play. My phone software is up to date and I have shut it off and turned back on but still crashing. Any idea why?

I have this problem, too on my iPad. I have shut off iPad and restarted. No help. I just updated O S to iPadOS 13.4.1 and I still cannot launch pyramid solitaire saga.

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!! Just wanted to make sure that you are talking about "Pyramid Solitaire Saga"

Can you please give more details about the issue? Does the App won't open up at all OR is it a level that does not open?

When did this issue start? And what is the version number?

I have seen another complaint with same issue! Let me take details from that player also and see if both issues are caused by same reason!
