Fingers crossed. I tried Elmogas solution above but unfortunately only saved the progress made on my iPhone previously. My icon in world 135 has now disappeared.... I sure hope the progress is still recoverable

I too don’t use Facebook and was up around level 1600 and now have nothing... ‘fix is on the way’ this response wouldn’t wash in my business . I’m keeping watch on what’s not happening but zero confidence of a good outcome here.....

jjaap is absolutely right. Saying that a fix is on the way after weeks of this happening to so many of us isn’t acceptable. You’d think the new version released in the last 48 hours would have addressed this as a priority. Amazingly this isn’t the case.
Let’s just hope the Game Studio are true to their word...

Hi there! I’ve been playing this game for years. I’m around level 1300 I believe. All of a sudden when I try to open the game it won’t work. It shows the yellow King screen, then shuts off. I’ve tried rebooting my phone, offloading the app and reinstalling (offloading so I don’t actually delete and lose my progress) Nothing is working and it’s been around a week. I have an iPhone XS for reference. Thanks for your help!

Yes, I do have plenty of memory left. I just did a software update on my phone and checked to make sure all apps are updated. I just started reading through the community and see this seems to be a common problem with no solution. I have never saved before through Facebook or King because I didn’t think it necessary. In all the years I’ve played I’ve never had an issue. Really hoping there is some way to fix this without deleting all my progress!

Y’all are so right. What can we do as a group to get King to do the right thing NOW. We can put men on the moon but can’t get a game going again?! Totally unacceptable. Community input to resolve?
