If I understand you correctly, you are on level 1304 on the old one, but cannot transfer the progress to the new phone?
In this case, please have a look HERE and I'm sure you'll be able to retrieve your levels. 😊

Thanks Miss Pop for asking our gamers to ask me about THE LAST thing I understand. NEW PHONE Issues.... Be patient, breathe and either reboot new phone or it to your extra memory card and then use it in new phone. If that works... Tell us all. ,🙄 STOKEDER

I am not sure about this one. Try following the link the @Lola_Pop gave you and if that does not work then try what @STOKEDER said to do.
I play on my iPad and iPhone and sometimes they don’t sync up either. Still trying to work on the issue. I think that it will catch up eventually.
