You can tag players by hitting the @then type the username that in bold black and click the same name that comes up.
Example- If I want to contact Lola_Pop, type @then her name. Here’s a screenshot...

If you play through Facebook then I think Facebook has something to do about the friends disappearing. I’ve noticed that all my games not just King games has cleaned up the friends list. If the friend hasn’t played in a while or never played at all then Facebook has taken them friends away. As for a solution, I have none right now but if anything changes then I’ll post here in the community. Just keep your ears open and check here often.

Suddenly my friend list gone, and i couldnot have extra lives in my game
I have lost my level I was in 702 in the solitaire saga
All of a sudden I started getting gifts from players that I don’t know and wondered if there is a community of players who don’t play through Facebook? I originally have been playing connected to Facebook friends who never send me lives, etc. I’d like to play with these new players and wondered if I have to disconnect from Facebook.
