I'm really sorry to hear that Sindy, would you be able to describe a bit more what's happening? Does the game tell you that you should get gold bars but then they don't appear in your account, or are you not getting gold bars from any wonderballs for example?

The Pirate Hats are part of the Shipmates feature, just to understand better what you mean, would you be able to submit a screenshot of your game? 😊 I think the hat you are seeing is the hat that shows up when you are helping a friend get ammunition in Shipmates, but to be sure please submit a screenshot.
