On both devices have you exited the game completely. Restarted your phone/tablet then opened the game again? On android, I would highly advise that you clear cache/play store cache and system cache so that if it updates towards the beginning of the week when it brings new levels, then it should be a clean install.

Good evening and welcome to the community. As far as I know, it will automatically count it when you win...but shows you when you lose so that if you want to buy moves to continue, its like a little encouragement for if you have forgotten your streak. 🐾

@LyanneGames the answer is no. The boosters will still be on the facebook version of your game (via browser), but the boosters on your bluestacks will need to be built up again. I haven't heard of that one. Can you download the game or isn't it letting you do that? Are all windows updates done? Even if you have a new laptop there will be updates that have come out since.

Its because not everyone gets it at the same time now. It depends on when the groups are moved around. Its randomly allocated by the system and changing it around will affect their data.
