The studio are sending apologies for the experiance recently. Its not what they like their players to have to go through. Unfortunately fixing older bugs caused new bugs and then it all went downhill. Hopefully the winter one will be better!

That was good of them as they don't very often do that when you reinstall. But there have been a lot of issues because of Petopia.
