Hi there. It looks like King is changing the level complete animation. I noticed it today on my Windows CC app. I have a feeling it is bugged and causing issues for some since it is a new feature.

Hi there! It appears there are some issues with the servers at the moment, see below! However, sometimes I find logging out of your account and logging back in solves issues, or deleting your app and reinstalling it :)
