Was your credit card charged for the purchase? If not, it may have not even gone through.

The ads feature comes and goes for players. If you've made a purchase in the ingame store, then it disappears forever.

Ads aren't always available for everyone. And if you make a purchase in the store, they disappear forever.

I will mention that some events come and go without notice… Hopefully that is not what has happened to you!

If you need to change your email on these forums as well, you can do so through Edit Profile :)

If you have made a gold purchase, you may not see ads anymore as they disappear permanently.

Have you tried to recover your password within the app using your email address? Hopefully this helps

Do you have a proper payment method set up on your device, such as Apple Pay?

Try rebooting your device to see if that helps :)

Hi there, on the rare occasion my game crashes too and unfortunately I have to restart the level, as well. This is a rare event though, so if you find it is happening often, there may be an issue with your PC rather than Candy Crush.
