As @Montrachet notes, the radio silence from @LindQ says it all. These levels aren't getting fixed. Either you stick your hand in your wallet or you don't get to continue.

Had a look at 9991 this morning, yep, still absolutely impossible. Bombarded with offers to purchase boosters after every failed go. Not happening.

The pop up warning @LindQ mentioned finally appeared in my game today, immediately followed by an invitation to spend £4.19 on boosters. Confirming very much that these levels are a cash grab, and not the "road to 10k in a more challenging format"

After being stuck with the mobile release earlier this summer due to holidays, i can confidently state this batch of levels is worse than anything released for the mobile version. I've no boosters, and no gold bars, so i'm totally stuck. Unless King fix these levels I cannot progress any further unless i pay money.

Nope, i can't get the right hand column clear, same with the stuff at the bottom. All that happens in the left hand side is wrappers and stripes are dispensed and blow themselves up before you can even use them. And you can't even use boosters on this level because the only move you can make at the start is the double…

With 9990 being somewhat fixed today, lets hope the developers sober up and fix the other levels in this car crash of an episode as soon as possible.

9991 is woeful. Coming nowhere close to finishing. Used a fish booster on one turn and received one fish throughout the entire go. I thought improving the fish booster was being looked at, but it is clearly also gathering dust in the to-do pile.
