Though I can already play the new levels and star tournament on both devices (iphone & ipad), STILL they are NOT SYNCHING. I have to play the levels independently on each device. I have to start from L19686 again in order for my avatar to move. Been logging out every now and then but the problem still persist.

Issues still UNRESOLVED! - Games still not synching . Though I can already play the new levels on my ipad, I have to play levels independently on my iphone and ipad. And even when I finish a level, my avatar on my ipad does not move to my current level.

Still having the same issues. Been 6 days nothing has been resolved. Tomorrow starts of new episodes / levels. Hope everything will be fixed .

JULY 27,2025 I am Still having the issues: Game not synching: completed Level 19745 on my iphone, but still level 19686 on my ipad Was not able to access / play the episode race Progress does not reflect on weekly contest NOTHING has been resolved !! Hope you can fix them ASAP

Mine is still unresolved too. Still Not synching since July 23 and it is now July 27. New episodes (19746 ….. ) will be able in 3 days. My iphone is stucked at level 19686 . Ipad had passed level 19745 . I was not also able to participate in episode race & progress does not register/count in weekly contest.
