Hello and welcome What device are you playing on? If you are playing on mobile device, please go to Play store. You look at the letter at the top of the page that is highlighted in color. Then go to Apps Manage devices and click on it and there you will see everything you can update. Good luck

@Princess_Jessica & @Snow_Rider Hello Jessica & Snow_Rider The help center has changed and has been shortened. You used to be able to sync FB and King accounts. But I can no longer find this in the help center to help the player. It used to be there. Can you please explain it to me?

No. That doesn't work. But you can create a King account and sync it with FB.

Hello! I'm sorry, but unfortunately FB sometimes causes problems. Question: Do you have a King account? You can synchronize both with each other. With the King account you still have as many problems as with FB. That's why I would recommend a King account. Best regards
