You can choose to see the glass as half empty instead of half full. At the end of the day you can play without ever spending a dime if you don't want too, but if you do so you also cannot expect the same level of service as someone who does spend money, that's just how business works.

Depends how far in the saga you are as new levels aren't released at the same time for all the platforms. Do you have version 1.98.1 on both your kindle fire and phone?

If you're now "back to being a new user with the exception of my level", doesn't that mean you're back on the level you were on before? Did you go back 150 levels on your original device as well or is that on the new one? I'd reinstall the game app on your new device and reconnect it to Facebook to try again.

Ah ok, it's just loading you on a previously completed level that's all, the progress you've made from that level is still being registered. A moderator has already stated that this has been picked up and a update should be rolled out shortly.
