They can't reset it back to where it was, there was some issues with the daily rewards before which made it reset back to level 1 and they stated it was not possible to reinstate unfortunately.

If you have Windows 10 then you most likely have the game app installed, you should be able to see if there are any updates in the Windows Store. If that's how you feel about it, I'm surprised you've not already gave up continuing on! I get what you're saying though, but for me if I kept flying through all the levels I wouldn't have that much interest in it, but each to his/her own.

I've had that when my FB app wasn't up to date, have you already check that you've got the latest up date for both FB and the game app?
