Have you checked for any available updates yet? So does your level 770 appear completed with stars or does it look like it's not been completed?

That usually happens when something isn't set right with the time on the device, as the game will be able to verify the local time and not the time set on the phone, if the time on the device is not matching it will do what you're seeing now. They implemented that feature to stop people from time skipping.

Level 1692 is as high as it goes on iOS right now as the update has not been made available by the iTunes store yet. Your only fix would be to play on an Android.
