If Facebook has fallen out of sync the best thing to do is remove the game and add it again from fresh. Since your Android devices have the progress stored you can safely remove Candy from your FB profile, clear all cache and cookies, restart the pc, load up Facebook and add the game to your profile again. It doesn't seem to make a difference of how long or how much you've played, these events are not rolled out to everyone and is luck of the draw on who gets it.

If it doesn't already come up automatically then unfortunately there's nothing you can do to add it. These events don't get always get rolled out to everyone unfortunately, when I've inquired in the past I was informed that was the case and that the selection process is luck of the draw.

That's because booster are device specific and cannot be transferred to another device. Like you've seen, only gold bars will carry across. You'll find them there on your laptop, if you want them on your tablet you'll need to use gold for them on the tablet.

Is your game still connect to either Facebook or Kingdom? If it's not currently connected your progress does not get synced.
