Gold Bars are synced along with progress, you won't lose them by reinstalling, they will reappear along with your progress when you reconnect to your account. As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up

If you're games are out of sync with each other then that's not something that can be adjusted for you from afar, it has to be done locally. Reconnect your game on your iPhone to your Facebook or Kingdom account in order for your progress to be in sync again.

I think that you may be forgetting that King is a business at the end of the day.
