Problem is you can only link your game to one Facebook account, once done that's it, it's tied to that account and cannot be connected to another. The only suggestion I can think of is to create a Kingdom account, then in the account settings you can link it to a Facebook account, if you link it to her Facebook account…

What are you playing on, directly from a browser or do you have the game app installed?

I'm afraid no one can help you with that one Emi69, if the levels haven't been released then there's no way that you can download and play them, just make sure to have automatic updates installation enabled on your phone and you'll get it automatically when it's out.

That's a pain, reinstalling might be the only option left to try. If you actively connected to Kingdom previously then your progress and gold will be backed up, the only thing is you'll wipe any booster and message that you have saved in the process.

Don't worry, the feature has come to an end as it's stopped for everyone and not just you.

As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom previously, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up.

May want to read this post: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/boosters-messages-842482091 There was a problem with level 2255 which was flagged and fixed in an update so go to the Play Store and make sure to download the latest update.
